Notwithstanding Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 1987. 9. We have no liability to you for delays caused by events beyond our control. 10. No 3rd party has rights to this agreement, under Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise. 11. Terms governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
